If you use Dreamfields Pasta in your dishes, the carb count goes down dramatically, as there are only 5 digestable grams of carbohydrate in each 4 oz. serving. And it tastes just like regular (high carb) pasta! I am a T2 diabetic, have been for 6 years and low carb (once I discovered it) has kept me stable and at a normal weight. This pasta greatly expands my diet, I use it in many different ways. I highly recommend it. Why add unnecessary carbs by using regular or so-called 'healthy' pasta?
