I just received a report from the docotr that my 3 month count was 6.7 (which he said is boderline). Is this a dangerous level.
AM small glass of OJ whole wheat glutin roll coffe black,
lunch:tomato and chesse with vinegar
dinner: meat chicken or fish with baked potato and veggie
