Google Diabetes Doodle?

Stop by the American Diabetes Association and sign their petition to get Google to issue an official Google Doodle for Diabetes Alert Day. The annual event, which falls on March 27 this year, is a national call to action for people to find out if they are at risk for diabetes. A tip of the virtual hat from the world's most popular search engine would be quite a coup for raising type 2 diabetes awareness this year.

Any awareness plan that can help even one more person it well worth it!!!! 2 1/2 months ago my 1 yr old daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I am seeing more diabetes information on the tv than ever before. I have always watched for signs in my husband and myself because of the type 2 history in both our families. You never know when it will effect your immediate family.
