No need to wait to get the A1C down a little more, it best to start today. I always find is surprising how reluctant diabetics are to share their A1C. (Congrats Nicole!!) This is the key to our success!!! Many people with diabetes that I have met have excuses for not keeping it under 7 (ie., job, children, dangers of lows), but what are the dangers of NOT keeping it under 7? I'm not perfect, the 7.2 is my best this year, but I know I can do better if I take time for testing and exercise!! Sincerely, Nina
