Fruit Smoothies

1 2.3-ounce box silken firm tofu, drained
1½ cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1½ cups milk
4-6 packets sugar substitute

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree on high until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 cup
Yield: 4servings

150 calories, 4 grams total fat, 1 gram saturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 84 mg sodium, 21g total carbohydrate, 3 grams dietary fiber, 10g protein.
