But if you don’t have time to write down everything you eat, we have a tip that makes tracking a snap. Use the camera on your cell phone to take a quick shot of meals and snacks. At the end of the day, peek at your pics and jot it all down in your Daily Diabetes Diary. Looking at your food choices in combination with your meter readings can help you learn a lot about your body’s response to different foods and food combinations.
