Howard Steinberg, Founder and CEO
Howard SteinbergMr. Steinberg is founder/CEO of LifeMed Media Inc. (LMM), the parent company of dLife. Prior to launching LMM/dLife, Mr. Steinberg founded Source Marketing, a nationally recognized leader in marketing services. In 1998, Mr. Steinberg sold Source Marketing to MDC Partners, the largest advertising company in Canada and continued operating as CEO. Prior to Source, Steinberg served in roles of increasing marketing responsibility at Pepsi Cola Co. Mr. Steinberg has lived with type 1 diabetes since age 10, and as a young adult aggressively took charge of his condition. He is an author of children’s books about diabetes and serves on various non-profit boards. Steinberg received a BS degree and MBA from New York University.

Charles Berg
Charles BergMr. Berg has been a senior advisor to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a private equity firm, since January 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Berg held the position of CEO at Oxford Health Plans and engineered the integration of the Oxford business with UnitedHealth Group upon UnitedHealth Group’s acquisition of Oxford. Before Oxford, Mr. Berg was founder and CEO of Health Partners, Inc., a healthcare services company.

Robert Oringer
Robert OringerMr. Oringer is a healthcare industry entrepreneur. Mr. Oringer is the current president of AMG Medical USA, and director of Access Product Marketing. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Oringer led the creation of the diabetes private-label product industry. Additionally, he is the former president of Can-Am Care.

John L. Cassis
Cassis1Mr. Cassis is a founding partner of Cross Atlantic Partners, a healthcare venture capital company located in New York. Mr. Cassis founded the Johnson & Johnson Development Corp. and ran Salomon Brothers Venture Capital. He has served on dozens of boards, and is currently serving on the boards of Medco Health, Nutrition 21, Medivance, and BME.

Neeraj Agrawal
Neeraj AgrawalMr. Agrawal is a general partner of Battery Ventures, a technology venture capital company. Mr. Agrawal invests in enterprise software, technology-enabled services and Internet companies. His investments include: A Place for Mom, BladeLogic , Consona (formerly Made2Manage), LifeMed Media and Omniture. He also serves on the board of Applimation and is actively involved with portfolio company ITA Software. Prior to Battery, Mr. Agrawal worked as a product manager at Real Networks, an operating executive at SkyTV, and a management consultant with Booz-Allen.
