Todd brings over 20 years of financial management experience in technology driven companies and building and investing in venture and private equity based business. He most recently headed finance and operations as CFO of DFA Capital Management, Inc., an enterprise software and professional services company, which provided extensive analytics to senior executives of large insurance companies and asset managers. While there, he was instrumental in building and ultimately driving the acquisition of DFA by Conning Inc.
Prior to DFA Capital Management, Todd was VP of Finance and Corporate Development at Eventra, helping to grow the enterprise software firm, and was Principal in two venture capital firms — Trinity Capital and Harbour Investment Corporation.
Todd received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA from Denison University.
Sid has over 20 years of experience in implementing technical solutions at organizations, including Siemens Corporation, Itochu International, Town Sports International/New York Sports Clubs, and Columbia House. He has led multi-national development teams in building massive web-based applications. In his prior role, Sid led the several year development of an ad server which serves more than 100,000 targeted ads per second.
Sid holds a B.S. in Technology and Marketing from NYU and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University.

Mary has focused the last 25 years rounding out her marketing skills by holding leadership positions in Traditional Marketing, Market Research, PR, Consumer Promotions, Event and Partnership Marketing, Retail & Ethnic Marketing, Sales, CRM, Traditional and Digital Advertising, and Financial Analysis.
She has worked for Fortune 500 Companies such as Kraft, Ocean Spray, Colgate-Palmolive, Clorox, and Quaker Oats. Ten of her years have been spent at Branding, Marketing Consulting and Traditional & Digital Advertising agencies building successful companies and agency Strategic Planning and Client Service departments. Some clients included SanDisk, Essilor of America, Dryer's, PepsiCo International, Frito-Lay, Microsoft, and Ebay.
At Ocean Spray, Mary decreased costs in year one by $25 million, while increasing cases moved by 25%. She was also the lead strategist behind the launch of Microsoft Stores as well as the marketing rollout of the Boeing 787. Her expertise has been applied on a global level.
Mary attended Springfield College and Northeastern University in Massachusetts.

Sue leads the partner account management and program delivery for dLife Healthcare Solutions. Having been a part of dLife for over 7 years, her hands on experience, knowledge of best practices and understanding of the diabetes community is blended with her strategic approach and professional methodology.
As a high-energy marketer with a solid background in crafting and executing health and wellness business plans, Sue's sole objective is always to exceed expectation and beat forecasted results. Sue couples traditional marketing with new media to tap rapidly emerging channels and drive engagement. With a proven track record in every facet of marketing, product development and project management, she is driven to continually push the bar higher and forge new ground with behavior change health programs.
Sue received a bachelors of science from the University of Connecticut, a masters of science from University of Bridgeport and her MBA from Sacred Heart University. She resides in Trumbull, CT with her husband and two daughters.
With over 20 years in the world of journalism and editing, Monica has been a part of dLife since 2005. Starting as Editorial Assistant, she quickly rose to become one of the senior editors and eventually head of the Editorial team. Previously, Monica worked in direct marketing as a copy editor for Trilegiant Corporation. She also spent many years in journalism as a copy editor for the Connecticut Post newspaper where she not only edited the A-section news, but paginated the news and features pages as well. Monica's journalism, writing, and editing experience is balanced by her experience in social service settings. She has worked directly with people in times of crisis at the Bridge Fund program, a part of FSW Inc. in Bridgeport, CT, and via the Bridgeport Hospital chaplain internship program.
Monica holds a B.A. in English from Longwood College (now University) in Farmville, VA, and has completed coursework for her M.A. in Religious Studies at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She lives in Stratford, CT with her husband and two children.
