Whisk together lemon juice, molasses, Worcestershire, and garlic in a shallow dish. Lay chicken in marinade and coat all sides. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour, flipping chicken a few times.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Take chicken out of liquid and save marinade. Lay chicken in a shallow cooking spray coated roasting pan. Spoon saved marinade overtop of chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes. Baste chicken with marinade and bake for another 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
