Ten Tips to a Better Night's Sleep

People with diabetes are prone to sleep issues. Whether it's disruption of sleep due to powerful medications; complications such as neuropathy or restless leg syndrome; or your typical blood sugar high or low that wakes you in the middle of the night, a good night's sleep can sometimes be difficult to accomplish. Don't be fooled by the many sleep myths floating around — focus on the following tips to earn yourself a better night's sleep.
